" What can I get from an individual session?"

Of course the answer is No-thing!...

I have met so many people who have said that they have been searching, through reading spiritual books, meditation retreats, workshops and even been sitting in Satsang and still have not found 'it'... also knowing all the words, including that there is no 'it' to be found or 'thing to be got'!... And still something is not quite in its place, so to speak...

I notice that these One on One intensive sessions offer the space for this tiny shift, that makes the huge difference... It is clear that it cannot be seen in the thinking process, so all that is needed is for the mind to be still, just to be quiet for long enough to hear the silence before, during and after any word...

So simple... while the mind is still... Awareness is left looking directly back at itself in any and every pair of eyes!... So whatever is then spoken, from this place of stillness is then directly heard without any doubt! Such confirmation happens...

Following this clear recognition, any Satsang or spiritual book can be heard from that very place that is being pointed at, instead of from the mind trying to imagine this great silence or No-thing! This makes it very easy to see, hear and taste, the mind is relieved after 'getting the point' clearly!  

I also meet many 'others' who are not even aware that they are searching, and have read nothing or never even heard of Satsang, and just have the so-called 'normal problems' of believing their thoughts to be real and their story of 'me' to be the reality!...

In the same way, just as easily, we still the mind and all is seen, just a 'break' in the thinking process... and... "hold it right there and don't move!"... Not at all. It really has nothing to do with anything!...

Just being quiet for long enough to see what can't be seen... and to hear what can't be spoken... Then it's up to you! How much can you value 'No-thing'? Hahaha! Such a joke!... and of course, it's always so much fun! I always 'In Joy' to facilitate this recognition of my own Self!

This recognition is the end of suffering...

And the beginning begins...
